Emily Switzer brings years of hands-on hospitality experience and leadership to her role as General Manager at Mission Beach House. Having built her career in many well-known Boston restaurants, Emily developed her passion for the industry from the ground up, spending several years behind the bar where she refined both her craft and her connection with guests.

Emily joined Mission On The Bay in 2016 when the restaurant first opened, beginning as a bartender. Her talent, dedication, and natural leadership quickly stood out, leading to a series of promotions. She first stepped into the role of Bar Manager, where she successfully developed and elevated the bar program, before expanding her responsibilities as Bar Manager and Guest Services Manager. Recognized for her strong operational skills and commitment to guest experience, Emily was later promoted to Assistant General Manager.

Throughout her time with Mission, Emily has been known for her ability to build strong teams, deliver an exceptional bar program, and create memorable guest experiences. Today, she takes the next step in her career as General Manager at Mission Beach House, where she brings her leadership, energy, and passion for hospitality to the waterfront in Revere.
